Your own channels and tracked competitors all count toward one unified "Tracked Channels" limit. For example, on the Pro plan you get 8 tracked channels total—that could be 2 of your own channels plus 6 competitors, or 1 channel plus 7 competitors. You decide how to allocate them.
Swap credits let you replace tracked channels. Removing a channel is always free—you only use a swap credit when you add a new channel to fill the slot. Each plan includes a monthly swap credit allowance that resets at the start of your billing cycle. This prevents constant churn while giving you flexibility to adjust your tracking lineup.
Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans include 2 months free (billed once per year). Monthly plans are billed on the date you subscribe with no long-term commitment. Usage limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You'll see a notification when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, that specific action is paused until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get higher limits immediately.
We don't offer a free trial, but if you're not happy with the product you can request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase—no questions asked.
Full refund within 48 hours of your first purchase, 50% refund between 3–15 days. After 15 days, no refunds are issued. Recurring subscription charges are non-refundable. Submit refund requests through our support page.
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep full access until then.
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor trusted by millions of businesses. We never store your card details on our servers—all sensitive payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.
It's a blend of "Tube" (as in YouTube) and "analytics." We built the name around what the product does—give creators real analytics on YouTube niches so they can make smarter decisions about where to invest their time and energy.
YouTube search shows you what's popular right now. Tuberalytics shows you why it's popular and whether there's room for you. We analyze entire niches across thousands of channels—tracking competitor growth, spotting outlier videos before they trend, scoring supply vs. demand, and surfacing Skool community revenue data you can't find anywhere on YouTube. It's the difference between browsing and researching.
We prioritize English-language content, but Tuberalytics works with any language. The channels you track, competitors you follow, and niches you research all shape the data and insights you see—our AI analysis adapts to your specific content landscape. That means a Spanish-language creator will get research tailored to their world, not generic English-only results.
Pro and Business plans get full REST API access with API keys, rate limiting, and webhook notifications. Build custom integrations, dashboards, or automate your research workflow. View API docs →
Tuberalytics is currently designed for individual accounts. Team and multi-seat plans are on our roadmap—if you need access for multiple people today, reach out through our support page and we'll work something out.
Team invites aren't available yet. For now, each user needs their own account and subscription. We're building proper team support with shared workspaces and invites—stay tuned.
When team plans launch, we plan to offer role-based permissions so account owners can control what team members can view and edit. Until then, each account has full access to its own data.
Not yet. Each account currently has its own separate workspace—tracked channels, niches, and research are private to that account. Shared workspaces will be part of our upcoming team plans.
Account transfers aren't self-serve at this time. If you need to transfer an account to someone else, contact us through the support page and we'll handle it for you.
