GENERAL

What is Tuberalytics?

Tuberalytics is a YouTube niche research tool that combines content analytics with Skool revenue intelligence. Enter any niche keyword and get back the full competitive landscape—who the players are, what content breaks out, and who's making money. It's built for creators evaluating niches before investing their time.

What does "Tuberalytics" mean?

It's a blend of "Tube" (as in YouTube) and "analytics." We built the name around what the product does—give creators real analytics on YouTube niches so they can make smarter decisions about where to invest their time and energy.

How is Tuberalytics different from just using YouTube search?

YouTube search shows you what's popular right now. Tuberalytics shows you why it's popular and whether there's room for you. We analyze entire niches across thousands of channels—tracking competitor growth, spotting outlier videos before they trend, scoring supply vs. demand, and surfacing Skool community revenue data you can't find anywhere on YouTube. It's the difference between browsing and researching.

How often is the data updated?

Channel and video data is refreshed daily through automated pipelines. Market dynamics scores, outlier detection, and competitor tracking all run on scheduled cycles so your research stays current without any manual effort.

Do I get access immediately after paying?

Yes. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you're in. No waiting period, no approval process—start adding channels and researching niches right away.

Who is behind Tuberalytics?

Tuberalytics is built by creators, for creators—focused on giving you better tools to research, validate, and grow on YouTube.

It's led by Rick Apichairuk, a technologist with 20+ years of experience building data-driven systems at companies like eBay, Intel, Cisco Systems, and Bank of America.

At Bank of America, he worked in Quantitative Analytics & Research, building high-speed data systems that powered real-time trading decisions on billion-dollar positions.

Tuberalytics is the result of that experience—applied to one simple goal: helping creators make smarter decisions, faster.

BILLING & PAYMENTS

How does billing work?

Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans include 2 months free (billed once per year). Monthly plans are billed on the date you subscribe with no long-term commitment. Usage limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Depending on your region, additional payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available at checkout.

Is the payment service secure?

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor trusted by millions of businesses. We never store your card details on our servers—all sensitive payment data is handled entirely by Stripe.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep full access until then.

What happens if I hit my monthly limits?

You'll see a notification when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, that specific action is paused until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get higher limits immediately.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a free trial, but if you're not happy with the product you can request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase—no questions asked.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund within 48 hours of your first purchase, 50% refund between 3–15 days. After 15 days, no refunds are issued. Recurring subscription charges are non-refundable. Submit refund requests through our support page.

NICHE FINDER & OUTLIERS

What are YouTube outliers?

Outliers are videos that dramatically outperform a channel's typical view count. Tuberalytics uses statistical analysis (IQR method) to detect these breakout videos automatically. Outliers reveal what topics, formats, and hooks resonate with audiences—even on smaller channels.

What is AI Analysis?

Every channel you add gets analyzed by AI to identify its niche, content strategy, audience profile, and growth patterns. This powers competitor discovery, niche classification, and personalized research—the more channels you track, the smarter your insights get.

Does Tuberalytics work for non-English content?

We prioritize English-language content, but Tuberalytics works with any language. The channels you track, competitors you follow, and niches you research all shape the data and insights you see—our AI analysis adapts to your specific content landscape. That means a Spanish-language creator will get research tailored to their world, not generic English-only results.

API ACCESS

What does API Access include?

Pro and Business plans get full REST API access with API keys, rate limiting, and webhook notifications. Build custom integrations, dashboards, or automate your research workflow. View API docs →

How much does API access cost?

API access is included with Pro and Business plans at no extra cost. Your API calls share the same usage limits as your plan—no separate billing or per-request charges.

How do I create an API key?

Go to your account settings and navigate to API Keys. You can generate multiple keys, name them for different projects, and revoke them at any time. Each key inherits your plan's rate limits.

Can I integrate Tuberalytics with Make.com or n8n?

Yes. Our REST API works with any automation platform. We have step-by-step guides for both Make.com and n8n integrations in our API documentation.

TEAM QUESTIONS

How many team members can I invite?

Business plan subscribers can invite up to 4 team members (5 total seats including the owner). Team members share the owner's channels, niches, competitors, and usage limits—no separate subscription needed.

How do I invite team members?

Go to your Team page from the sidebar (available on Business plans). Enter a teammate's email and click "Send Invite." They'll receive an email with a link to join your team. If they don't have an account yet, they'll be prompted to create one first.

What do team members get access to?

Team members share everything on the owner's account: tracked channels, niches, competitors, and the full Business plan usage limits. Each member has their own login but sees the same shared workspace. Usage counts are pooled across the team.

What happens if I downgrade from the Business plan?

If the team owner downgrades to a different plan or cancels their subscription, the team is disbanded. All team members are notified by email and will need their own subscription to continue using Tuberalytics.

Can I transfer ownership of the team account?

Account transfers aren't self-serve at this time. If you need to transfer an account to someone else, contact us through the support page and we'll handle it for you.
